How does the VideoSnap service work?
You need to have a current, active listing on eBay first. Then from the VideoSnap site, enter your eBay username and select your listing. Record or import your video, enter your eBay password, and click "Attach Video" to upload the video. Your video will automatically appear on your eBay listing page for potential bidders to view.

Why do I need to login with eBay to access VideoSnap?
Logitech VideoSnap adds content to user listings on eBay. To ensure privacy and security, you will be asked to login to your account through eBay's secure authentication system. After authenticating on eBay.com from VideoSnap, you will have access to the full range of VideoSnap services.

What is the cost of the VideoSnap service?
The cost is $.99 per video. Your first video is free.

What length of video can I make for my listing?
VideoSnap will allow a maximum of 60 seconds per video. If your video is longer than 60 seconds, you can edit your video in the Composer software.

Can I place more than one video on a listing?
Yes, multiple videos can be placed on one listing. Just click the "Add More Video" link on the same listing, from your listings, once you post your original video clip.

After posting a video on a listing, can I change it later?
No. The rules of eBay prohibit the changing of the listing once it is posted, however new content can always be added. This is why you will be able to post a video to your current, active listing, but you will not be able to remove the video.

How long is my video available to view on my eBay listing?
Your video can be viewed as long as the your listing page is available to view.

Can I upload a previously recorded video?
Yes. Just open the file with the "Open File" button in Composer. The video must be in .AVI format. If the video is longer than 60 seconds, the edit feature will appear for you to change the duration of the video.

Can I record videos longer than 60 seconds?
Yes, you can record videos that are longer than 60 seconds and save them to your computer for viewing or editing later. The maximum length for uploading videos to your eBay listing is 60 seconds.

If I edit a video longer than 60 seconds and upload it, will I lose the rest of the video?
No. When you edit a video in Composer, only that edited video will be uploaded. The original video from which you edited will remain in its entirety unless you save over it with the "Save" button.

What are the requirements to view VideoSnap?
Viewers must have Microsoft Windows Media Player 6.4 or above to view VideoSnap. It is recommended to upgrade to the newest version of Microsoft Media Player available for your Windows operating system.
